Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer several shipping options at checkout. The cost for shipping is calculated based on the delivery destination, the shipping method selected, and the size and weight of your order.

Processing Time
Please allow time for order processing before your items are shipped. Most in-stock items are processed promptly. Pre-order, back-ordered, or personalized items will have their specific processing timelines detailed on the product page.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are provided as estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date the order is placed. These times can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs procedures for international orders.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-20 business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our fulfillment center. Please use this to track your package’s journey.

Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. A valid street address is required for all deliveries.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages. You will not be charged extra for split shipments. Each shipment will trigger a notification email with its own tracking information.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Policy
We accept returns for a full refund of the merchandise price for most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
  • Items marked as final sale.

How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please visit our website. You will need your order number and email address. Once your return is processed, you will receive a return confirmation email.

Return Shipping Costs
For domestic returns, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided. The cost of this label will be deducted from your merchandise refund. For international returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any applicable customs duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Processing
After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Sale items are eligible for return within the standard 30-day return period.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
